Michael and Chelsea have frequented the Symphony Center and surrounding downtown areas together for concerts and celebrations while living in Nashville. The Schermerhorn stands as a beautiful representation of where Michael and Chelsea's love first blossomed!
The Summer Solstice
Falling on the weekend of the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, Chelsea and Michael's wedding date is of great significance to both the Preisler and Helfer families.
Chelsea's parents, Stacey and Victor were married in Los Angeles on June 21, 1980, and Michael's parents, Sally and Ray were married in Pittsburgh on June 21, 1986. To commemorate both of their parents' love, Chelsea and Michael thought it only perfect to tie the knot on the same weekend.
